New Projects

Basil Volkswagon
We are currently renovating the old Basil Toyota dealership. This project calls for a total rework of the facade and other portions of the existing structure. We have worked with the Basil family on numerous projects throughout the WNY area and are excited to build the first Volkswagon dealership ever in Niagara County. Currently under construction, the project is expected to be completed in summer 2014.


Niagara’s Choice
Renovating 2,000 sq.ft. of the interior offices, teller lines and updating interior finishes. To begin in mid-summer 2014.


Steve Baldo Chevrolet
Updating and renovating the GM Facility Image Program set forth by General Motors. Work to include exterior facade updating the interior finishes. To start March 2014, completed summer 2014.


Schoellkopf Nursing Facility Hospice Unit at the Niagara Falls Memorial Hospital
Renovating 24 individual patient rooms, updating interior finishes. Start winter 2014, completed spring 2014.


Niacet
Construct an enclosure over an existing truck scale to provide protection to trucks and personnel from material being loaded into the freight trucks. Start winter 2014, completed spring 2014.
